Our vegetable garden is bursting right now and I am searching for recipes to keep up with the produce. I thought I would share this easy and delicious dish that I will be making tonight for the second week in a row! I am not one to make a dish two weeks in a row so that says a little something about how much I loved this meal.

If you have tons of zucchini in your garden right now too- or if you want to go out and buy some at the local Farmer’s Market or store, this is the recipe for you. Really easy, quick, and heck a tasty.
